1/2″ Glass Railing System with Stainless Steel Hardware for Stairwell

One of our interior design client’s contacted us with wanting a super cool railing system in a stairwell for a residential client of hers. She wanted something clean and contemporary and our railing specialist came up with a few ideas and this one was perfect for the home. It is a 2” standoff system, with ½” glass and a 1 ½” stainless steel hand rail. Using a handrail set to glass rather than a top rail it gives a cleaner appearance. Also using a standoff system requires less maintenance cleaning rather than a base shoe that requires quickset concrete and additional labor. The interior designer and home owner are both thrilled with how it came out.
